valid range

the following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts,
deliveries and other services or agreements concluded between the
contractual partner (customer) and velvet novel.
we hereby expressly object to deviating conditions and regulations
of the contractual partner, unless we have agreed to their validity in
writing.

prices & payment conditions

all prices are in CHF. the currently displayed prices always apply.
shipping and package costs will be added. if the delivery address lies
outside of switzerland, the end customer agrees to take on all import
duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.

shipment & delivery

we make every effort to send the parcel as soon as possible. your
order is ready for shipment within maximum 7 working days (excluding
delivery times).

0rders from switzerland
the delivery is made by the swiss post with postpac economy. It takes
2 working days and costs CHF 7.00.

international orders
international deliveries are made by post and cost CHF 20.00. please
note that customs duties and taxes may be due on delivery. in order
to avoid unforeseen costs for orders outside switzerland, we
recommend that you inform yourself at the responsible office
(customs office).
the delivery time depends on the destination country. we cannot
guarantee it.

returns

we hope that you are satisfied with your order. if the product does
not fully meet your requirements, you have a right of withdrawal of
14 days after receipt of the goods.

right of withdrawal
the period of 14 days begins after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
the returned goods must arrive at velvet novel unused and in perfect
condition. the paid amount (excluding transport costs) will be returned
to you upon receipt of the goods. you are responsible for the return
transport and bear the costs. no costs will be covered in the event that
the item goes missing during the return shipping. we recommend sending
the goods using a track & trace shipping service.

we do not accept liability for loss, theft or damage of the goods during
transport as permitted by swiss law. in the event of an exceptional case,
we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.

jurisdiction

jurisdiction lies within the courts of switzerland. therefore, using
the site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of the canton lucerne in switzerland. only swiss law is applicable, also
when orders are placed and delivered abroad.
