shipment & delivery

we make every effort to send the parcel as soon as possible. your
order is ready for shipment within maximum 7 working days (excluding
delivery times).

orders within switzerland

the delivery is made by the swiss post with postpac economy. It takes
2 working days and costs CHF 7.00. For pure voucher orders or an order
with a value of more than CHF 100.00 there are no shipping costs.

international orders

international deliveries are made by post and cost CHF 20.00. please
note that customs duties and taxes may be due on delivery. in order
to avoid unforeseen costs for orders outside switzerland, we
recommend that you inform yourself at the responsible office
(customs office).

the delivery time depends on the destination country. we cannot
guarantee it.
