the coat helga is inspired by a vintage trench coat. the long wool coat has a stand-up collar and can be closed by the 3 buttons and/or the belt. the coat has two welt pockets and is lined.
the model is 175cm tall and is wearing size S
fabric
the coat is made out of 100% organic cotton. the fabric is GOTS (global organic textile standard) and IVN best certified. this certificate guarantees pollutant-free yarns, environmental protection and social standards for the workers.
care
cleaning is possible, but often not necessary. a few hours in the fresh air and you usually have a “cleaned” piece again. If necessary, you can wash the garment at 30°C. The fabric should be ironed at maximum 200°C and should not be tumble-dried.
the design, the pattern and the prototyp from helga coat is made at the studio of velvet novel in lucerne, switzerland.
the coat is sewn by dorota and her team in poland. the studio is located in stettin, close to the german border. it’s a small team of six seamstresses.
