the asymmetrical helen dress with v-neck is perfect for summer days. the linen dress is cooling, has pockets in the side seam and the belt can be laced under and above the layer.

fabric
the top is made out of 100% linen. the fabric is GOTS (global organic textile standard) certified. this certificate guarantees pollutant-free yarns, environmental protection and social standards for the workers.
the linen fabric is cooling, naturally strong, dry and slightly transparent, the material is predestined for warm days.
care
cleaning is possible, but often not necessary. a few hours in the fresh air and you usually have a “cleaned” piece again. however, if necessary, you can wash the garment at 30°C in a gentle cycle. linen should not be tumble-dried and it is best to iron while still damp and at a maximum of 150°C.
the design, the pattern and the prototyp from helen dress is made at the studio of velvet novel in lucerne, switzerland.
the dress is sewn by dorota and her team in poland. the studio is located in stettin, close to the german border. it’s a small team of six seamstresses.
